This workshop is meant to discuss the findings from the previous meeting, and lay out a research agenda for the next 12 months, until Part II of the project, which will be about the 1918-1923 years, the Treaty itself, and its aftermath in Istanbul. We have invited key leaders of the Greek community of Istanbul, both those still in the city and those in the diaspora, as well as select graduate students who will be participating in the project as it develops, and specialist colleagues in the US, Greece, and Turkey who can advise us on the direction the project should take.
